We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics on this site. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotation requests: three years from our last contact with you, so that we can follow up a project that resumes later.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then removed within thirty days.
- Server logs: twelve months.
- Contractual and accounting records: ten years, as required by Moroccan commercial and tax law.
Who else sees it
Your data is accessible to the NETIS commercial and technical teams handling your request, and to the service providers who operate our infrastructure: our web host [hosting company] and our email provider [email provider]. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads. No cookie is set by that request.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so by a competent Moroccan authority.
Transfers outside Morocco
Where data is hosted or processed outside Morocco, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Law 09-08 and, where required, after authorisation from the CNDP.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Write to contact@netisgroup.com; we answer within thirty days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP, the Moroccan national data protection authority.
If you are resident in the European Union, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection provided by the GDPR, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is restricted to the staff who need it, administrative accounts are individual, and our hosting is kept under security update. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the measures we consider proportionate to the data involved.
Changes
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page always indicates the version in force.
