NETIS Group is a pan-African group specializing in the design, deployment and long-term operation of critical infrastructure in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Over 17 years, we have grown from a single-country operation in West Africa to a group with 16 active subsidiaries across the continent — supporting mobile network operators, TowerCos, governments and industrial clients from Morocco to Ethiopia, from Ghana to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Our business model is built on a fundamental conviction: the best infrastructure partner is one who stays. We don’t deploy a site and leave — we design, build, operate and maintain infrastructure over the long term, under our ESCO and managed services model. This long-term accountability is what sets us apart from traditional project contractors.

NETIS Group operates through two complementary and fully integrated poles. NETIS Telecom covers GSM tower construction, fiber optic deployment, 24/7 managed services, NOC supervision and drone inspection for Africa’s leading mobile network operators. NETIS Energy covers solar mini-grids, hybrid power systems, battery energy storage, energy-as-a-service for TowerCos, and renewable hydrogen through Dynamis H2 — our innovation brand dedicated to Africa’s long-term energy transition.

What makes NETIS Group unique is our combination of continental scale and genuine local presence. Our 16 subsidiaries are not remote-managed offices — they are embedded local operations, led by local managers, staffed by local engineers and technicians who understand each market’s terrain, regulations and community dynamics. This local depth is our most important competitive advantage, and it cannot be replicated by a company that does not commit to Africa the way we do.

Founded in 2009

Starting with operations in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire, NETIS Group has grown continuously over 17 years — never stopping, always expanding its footprint and its impact across Africa.

Headquartered in Casablanca

Since 2019, our Group headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco coordinates operations across 16 African countries, providing centralized governance, shared services in finance, HR and supply chain, and strategic direction for both poles.

90%+ local talent

Of our 764 employees, over 90% are African nationals. We actively develop local talent through training, cross-border mobility programmes and leadership development — building Africa's infrastructure workforce for the long term.

Long-term model

Our ESCO and managed services approach means we are accountable for performance over time — not just at project handover. This long-term commitment is reflected in multi-year contracts with Africa's largest mobile operators and TowerCos.

SHERQ & Safety leader

Safety is non-negotiable at NETIS Group. Our SHERQ framework, Fleet Bureaus in every country and defensive driving certification programme have delivered a 63% reduction in road safety incidents since our 2020 baseline — among the best in the industry.

2009

The Foundation of a Vision

Simultaneous launch of NETIS in Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Ivory Coast. We introduced our core managed services, offering tailored solutions for network management, maintenance, and optimization, directly answering a crucial need in the African market.

2011

East African Footprint

Establishment of NETIS Uganda to execute infrastructure projects. By deploying advanced O&M (Operation & Maintenance) facilities, we enhanced local network quality and ensured highly efficient maintenance operations.

2013

Accelerating Operations

Continuing our growth with the creation of NETIS Kenya, expanding our capacity to deploy critical infrastructure projects. Integrating our services consolidated the network, guaranteeing continuous and high-performance telecommunications operations.

2014

West African Foothold

NETIS laid its groundwork in Benin by executing our first telecom projects. Our tower maintenance and network reinforcement activities set the stage for future growth in the region.

2016

Regional Network Integrity

With the launch of NETIS Tanzania, we initiated the execution of complex infrastructure projects. Introducing comprehensive O&M installations guaranteed optimal network performance and long-term maintenance cost control.

2017

Strategic Structuring

Our focus shifted to the global structuring of our growth. While launching in Togo and Gabon, we established NETIS Holdings in Mauritius as the group's global headquarters. This year also marked a leap in innovation with the creation of our tech subsidiary, Drone By NETIS.

2018

Service Optimization

Establishment of NETIS Rwanda, bringing our advanced managed services and customized solutions. Our goal: to enhance service delivery through innovative practices and highly targeted network optimizations.

2019

Operational Hub

A pivotal year for our infrastructure. The NETIS Group Head Office was strategically established in Casablanca, Morocco, positioning it as the central hub to drive operational excellence and innovation across the continent.

2020

Key Acquisitions

A rapid acceleration of our development. Alongside launching services in Niger, we made the major strategic acquisition of Reime's active maintenance operations. This was a crucial milestone that significantly expanded our reach across Rwanda, Nigeria, and Ghana.

2021

Scaling Managed Services

We expanded our presence by launching operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Ethiopia. Simultaneously, opening the Reime subsidiary in Ivory Coast provided a dedicated, expert base for telecommunications and managed services.

2024

Regional Dominance

Launch of NETIS Cameroon with the ambition to become a major player. We began managing large-scale, critical telecommunications projects nationwide, solidifying our position as an operational leader in Central Africa.

2025

Sustaining Growth

Looking ahead, we aim to sustain our extensive continental footprint. Opening Reime Guinea and NETIS Madagascar will allow us to continue exploring new territories and bring our high standards of excellence to even more African nations.
