Through UNINET, our flagship graduate and talent development programme, NETIS Group identifies, recruits and develops young African engineers, technicians and managers. UNINET operates across all our markets, combining technical training, mentoring, cross-border mobility and leadership development.
In 2025, more than 650 professionals took part in UNINET training programmes, totalling over 17,600 training hours — building not just individual careers, but the continent’s infrastructure workforce for the decades to come.
